Bill Fields’ passion is Leadership Development — helping Managers and Supervisors to become more competent and confident in leading their teams. He instills in leaders that their true role is to create a collaborative, high-performance environment and to support all employees in achieving their full potential.

Bill Fields is the President of Diamond Management Institute. With over thirty-five years’ experience as a hands-on manager in both the public and private sectors, Bill brings a diversity of expertise to every situation. He leads a team of dedicated and accomplished professional consultants and facilitators, who are seasoned industry and subject matter experts.

We are practiced at working in collaboration. Complementing his particular expertise in the strategic and operational aspects of management, Bill continues to be a passionate advocate for linking business goals with ensuring human dignity for the workforce. His fundamental belief is that management’s role is to create the conditions for supporting employees to perform to their maximum capabilities.

Bill has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English Literature from Trent University and attended Graduate Studies in English Literature at McMaster University. In 1992, Bill completed his degree in the Executive Master of Business Administration program at the University of Toronto. Bill formerly sat on Humber College’s Advisory Committee for the Bachelor of Applied Business Degree.
