Kim is on a mission to inspire business leaders, entrepreneurs, sales and leadership professionals to be the best that they can be.

He is an accomplished sales professional with 30 years of selling, sales management and sales training experience. Kim is one of a few sales training professionals left today that started his career cold calling, knocking on doors one after the next. If you’re nervous about cold calling or prospecting, Kim is the one to speak to, he’s been there and done it. You may not like to network and you may not like to prospect, that’s ok, you just need to do it.

Kim attributes his success to a discipline of always learning, being with people that will raise you to a higher level, asking good questions, listening with intent. As a certified Sandler Trainer, Kim is now building on past experiences and implementing Sandler best practices with business leaders, entrepreneurs, sales and leadership professionals that are looking to raise their level of business excellence and moving the needle.  

Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree – Marketing Management from Ryerson University. Kim is also a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation)

When not training or coaching Kim can be found on the waters of Lake Ontario as a competitor in many of the key sailing racing on the lake. Kim is also the Board Chair of CarePoint Health, an interprofessional healthcare team clinic in Mississauga. Kim and his family live in Mississauga, Ontario Canada.
