Sandra D’Souza, CPA, CA is the Founder of Sandstone Solutions Group, a boutique firm dedicated to providing interim management solutions and recruiting services to companies of all sizes. With over 9 years in the recruitment business and over 14 years of experience in management positions in small private and large public organizations, she has the breadth of experience to work with her clients to understand their business needs and work with them to find the right resourcing solutions for their organizations.
Sandra’s objective is to help owner/managers build strong, flexible management teams to execute their vision and generate success. As their businesses grow and expand, she wants to make sure that her clients have the right resources available, at the right time, to help them reach their goals.
